How to Boost low iron levels in Pregnancy and Postpartum

One of  the easiest ways to boost your iron during pregnancy is to take Ferrum phos 6X tissue salts.  Two tiny pellets a day will ask your body to fully and effectively absorb iron coming in via food.  This is safe, will not constipate or create nausea, it is simple and will be effective within a week.  Continue taking the ferrum phos two pellets daily postpartum.  You can also give it to your baby at 6 months when their iron stores are depleted and you are being advised to give iron fortified cereal.  Give the baby two pellets daily and it will supply them with an absorbable source.
